Members host their inventory of data for exchange.  Members search datasets, add to cart and submit trade requests to the data owner for approval.

We study all transactions (trade, sale or rental) to assign a value to all information.  This allows "apples" and "oranges" to be exchanged since the value is understood.

 Monetize stagnant data and fund potential data collection.  Access information short-term for BD activities or for planning decisions. Members search datasets of interest, add to cart and submit the data rental requests to the data owner for approval.
